Adult Soccer Rules & Regulations

Rosters are unlimited. Guest players must submit the online liability waiver.

Players may not play for more than one team in the same division except substituting goalies.

Teams are responsible for their own jerseys/shirts. Numbers are not required.

No cleats allowed.

Home team provides game ball.

Shin guards are required.

Forfeiting teams must pay both officials.

League Rules:

Two - 24 minute halves

One timeout per team/game

No slide tackling

Blue Card - 2 minute penalty (releasable if a goal is scored)

Red Card - 5 minute penalty plus ejection (not releasable if a goal is scored) - Min. 1 game suspension

Blue card for dissent will result in the team playing shorthanded

Forfeits are recorded as a score of 5-0

Goals For

If playoffs apply, playoff overtime games will have a 5 minute Golden Goal period followed by a shootout if necessary.

Coed Rules:

Two Females on the field at all times

Ball must be touched by a female in the offensive zone before a goal can be scored. Ball remains "live" until it crosses back over the center line.

Females are NOT required to take the kick on a restart.
