Team Registrations Only - We do not place individuals on teams

Registration is due 1 week prior to start date. Leagues may fill early.

To Register:

1) Submit the registration form with payment for your team.

2) Once your team is registered, players must register online with their team and submit the electronic waiver.

Team Fee: $495

Plus $25/game referee fees per team - cash on the field
