Good morning Freestate friends. This past Monday we celebrated a special day in our nation as we remembered and honored the lives of those who have gone before us and served our nation on our behalf and who ultimately gave the utlimate sacrifice for our freedom. Here at Freestate we take those freedoms very seriously and are very grateful for them. Therefore, to honor our troops and those who sacrifice for us every day we want to offer a chance to give back to you by providing a chance to come and enjoy our facility or join one of our leagues specifically geared to those in service. So, whether you are retired or active duty military, police or any other first responder, we welcome you to come be a part of what's happening here at Freestate and let us give back to you.

Hello again, Freestate friends!
First, I want to thank every one of you who’s come out to the Arena this past week and been a part of all of the fun things we’ve had going on. We enjoyed hockey, roller derby, soccer and of course our football championships! We especially enjoyed being able to share that with all of you. That’s because here at Freestate, our business is nothing without all of you. So as usual, we have some great things for you this week that we’re excited to share and that we hope you enjoy with us. This week we begin our second week of our spring hockey season which is a great opportunity for the family of all ages to be a part of! We also have our Men’s Over 30 soccer championship and our Water Park Opening soon too! So during this holiday whether you want to play, watch or go out and enjoy the water we hope you will join us.

Good Afternoon Freestate!
I just wanted to take a minute to talk about all the great things that are going on here at Freestate and the exciting things we have coming up and this week there’s plenty to be excited about! For starters, this week marks the beginning of our new Spring Hockey Session for 2015! If you’re a hockey fan or just looking to have a little fun you definitely want to come check it out. But that’s not all. For all of you football fans out there we have an even bigger week! It all starts off with our first ever All-Star Game for our Adult Flag Football League being played this Wednesday! After that we get another treat by watching this session’s top 2 teams battle it out for the Championship! And this weekend the fun continues as youth indoor football play for their Championships too! Throw in our super competitive soccer leagues and you can see that it’s an extremely fun time here at Freestate and we look forwards to you being a part of the fun. Info for our next sessions is coming soon, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, hope to see you all at the arena!

These next two months at Freestate are going to be pretty busy for us!! Our co-ed soccer and our roller hockey league just started up. It’s a lot of fun watching these people compete!! On May 31, 2015, our Water Park opens, and we all know how hectic that is going to be. All the little ones running around soaking wet and screaming, having the time of their lives!! Then, in June, our Summer Camp starts. It’s going to be nuts!! But that is what we live for. We also continue to host little league games on Saturdays and birthday parties on the weekend! We are all prepared for the pandemonium to begin, and frankly, we can hardly wait!!!

We are currently installing our hockey rink floor, here at Freestate Sports Arena. This can only mean one thing. Our roller hockey league is about to begin!! The smell of sweat and despair will be in the air. We can not wait til the battles begin! Hockey is so much fun to watch!

Are you thinking about putting the kids in daycare for the summer? Why not try something fun, and new!?! Enroll them in Freestate Sports Summer Camp instead!!! The kids will be able to make friends, stay active and continue doing all the things they love!! In our Summer Camp, our daily activities include soccer, basketball, football, softball/baseball, and dodge ball/kickball. The kids will get to enjoy group games, play in our Inflatable moon bounces, get wet in our waterpark, and create arts and crafts. As you can see, your child will have plenty to do here at Freestate Sports Arena! Way more than if you left them in a daycare for the summer!! Check out our website, www.freestatesports.com for details!
