Freestate Sports Arena is in its 10th year
of operation. During that time Freestate has catered to the sporting
activities of participants of all age, gender and ability groupings.
Developmental and novice programs have been initiated along with
hosting Regional and National Championships in several sports.
Our facility houses three indoor fields. These fields are primarily used for soccer, lacrosse
and roller hockey but are not limited to these activities.
- Field one measures 175 feet by 85 feet
- Field
two measures 185 feet by 85 feet
- Field three measures 120 feet
by 60 feet
Both field one and field two have been leveled with
black top and coated to allow puck play for premier roller hockey
action. Field one has its turf laid year round while field two gets
turf just for the winter soccer and lacrosse sessions.
The Kids FunZone area offers a craw through maze for the little ones
along with a room designed for hosting Birthday parties that can
be associated with a soccer field, basketball court or the maze
itself. Freestate's indoor basketball court offers adjustable height
rims for everyday dunkers. The expanded arcade and food concession
round out Freestate's indoor activities. Hamburgers, pizza, hot
dogs and an extensive snack menu are offered along with sports and
fountain drinks.
Freestate's outdoor facilities include the Freestate Swim Club
that offers a heated pool for membership, swim classes and party
activities.
